Supervisors Training Program

All great supervisors are master planners responsible for productivity on every project and strive for a positive outcome for every job that is supervised.  This seminar will go into very specific detail on all areas that a job supervisor will face.  The seminar is specifically designed for project managers, foreman, superintendents, and estimators. The topics include but are not limited to planning skills for the project team, productivity improvement for mechanical projects, fundamentals of job cost (managing project labor costs), contracts: using the contract as a tool for project management, effective project documentation, change order management, basic negotiating skills, critical leadership skills, time management skills and successful survival for project closeout.

This six-day program will be taught by John Koontz, the Director of Project Management Education for the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA).   John has many years of experience with supervisory training and will take an in-depth look at what it takes to be a great job supervisor.
