This course is advanced in nature. Enrollment is restricted to only those who are journeypeople technicians. In addition to concepts in the industry, there will be a troubleshooting section of the course if requested by the students.

Due to the unpredictability of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are working closely with instructors to ensure a fluid shift to online classes for the Spring 2023 term, if needed. Therefore, as we approach the session’s beginning, please be alert for program updates. Additionally, if MCIC can conduct in-person classes, class size will be limited.

Estimating II (Virtual)

The course will focus on estimating for Mechanical Contracting, including piping, equipment, fixtures, and specialty takes-offs, as well as putting together an entire estimate. This course is limited to those who have completed the Blueprint Reading & Estimating Class.
