5 Sessions—Thursdays – March 9, 16, 23, April 6 and 13
Instructor: Keith Brown, Brown Engineering
Successful project execution requires adequate planning and tracking. This allows you to minimize job site inefficiency, accurately predict workforce requirements, and provide documentation to allow you to get paid for changes and claims caused by others. This course will make you more aware of the time-related costs that impact your projects and, using Microsoft Project 2013 scheduling software, how to accurately schedule your jobs. In addition, you will learn how to document and recover your real costs caused by delays, changes, etc., thereby improving your projects’ profitability. This course is limited to 12 people.
Due to the unpredictability of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are working closely with instructors to ensure a fluid shift to online classes for the Spring 2023 term, if needed. Therefore, as we approach the session’s beginning, please be alert for program updates. Additionally, if MCIC can conduct in-person classes, class size will be limited.
