The Mechanical Contracting Industry Council Of New Jersey, Inc., is pleased to bring “Effective Communications Skills” to our area. This class was most requested by service technicians.

"Effective Communication Skills” will be presented by the Global Training Group, an organization that has worked closely with the Mechanical Service Contractors of America and its’ member companies over the past several years.

During this session, attendees will learn how to develop the skills necessary to communicate with greater flexibility, confidence, and impact. Identifying and dealing with the four styles of communication will be discussed, as well as enhancement of speaking and listening skills.
